All returns must first be authorized by emailing “email@example.com”. You will receive a Return Authorization if your return is approved. All return requests must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All charges related to the return shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
